| This appointment will be responsible for developing the Manchester and North West offering of our client’s Transaction Services Team - to offer merger, acquisition and divestiture support to strategic and financial buyers. With a strong understanding of the Manchester market place in terms of attracting due diligence assignments, you will be currently a Assistant Director, Director of Partner in a North West firm, possibly frustrated at the current lack of opportunity or reward. The remit will be to guide clients from early deal planning through the entire deal process to help meet deal objectives and achieve the client’s desired results, holding a broad range of experience that allows you to identify specific business and operating risks that are unique to each industry. This approach, in addition to your in-depth understanding of key client issues, will allow you to assemble highly qualified teams that reduce client risk and increase the value of the transaction to their business.
